What is A-MPDU length and how does it affect my wifi connection?

A-MPDU refers to data blocks that are transferred in a group. It's length can affect performance.

To put it simply, A-MPDU is an aggregate, or group, of MPDU data blocks. This grouping of data blocks can improve data transmission. The A-MPDU length refers to the length of that group of data blocks. For 802.11n devices, the maximum A-MPDU is 64 KB by default, and should stay there. For 802.11ac devices, the maximum A-MPDU length is often set to 1024 KB by default, and this should be lowered to 64 KB for optimal performance.
