      Aruba - Channel 144

      Supporting channel 144

      Channel 144 is a newer 20mhz channel that was added to the 5ghz spectrum to allow for another 80mhz channel. This channel is supported by the 5ghz band, but not all client devices may support it in their firmware.

      If client devices are not capable of supporting channel 144, do not use channel 144 in your wireless network

      Aruba Solution

      1. Login to Aruba Virtual Controller
      2. Click Configuration
      3. Click RF
      4. Show Advanced Options
      5. Enable Customize valid channels
      6. Check or uncheck channel 144

      Apply Changes
