How to change band selection in Meraki Dashboard

Meraki Solution:

1. Login to your Meraki Dashboard
2. Navigate to “Wireless” tab on the left-hand column
3. Under “Configure” click “SSIDs”
4. Under the name of any SSID, there will be a row labeled “Access Control”. Click “edit settings”
5. Scroll down to “Wireless Options” and then “Band Selection”
6. Choose the band you would like to assign to the associated SSID
7. After the changes have been made, click “Save Changes”
8. Go back to your WiFiScanner software and do another scan.
9. Check and see if the issue has been resolved.
