The Optifi log file can be shared with support to assist in troubleshooting issues.
The log file for Optifi is located in the following folder: C:\ProgramData\AccessAgility\Optifi-Agent. By default, this folder might be hidden by Windows, so you won’t be able to see it unless you change your folder settings.
To unhide folders, open File Explorer, go to the 'View' tab, and check the box for 'Hidden items' under the 'Show/hide' section. This will make hidden folders visible. Once the folder is visible, navigate to it and select the file named optifi-agent-<windows username>, replacing <windows username> with your actual Windows username.
