      Clear Channel Assessment (CCA)

      An 802.11 feature that allows a client to determine the idle or busy state of the medium based on energy levels of a frame or raw energy levels as specified in each PHY.

      CCA is a feature defined in the IEEE 802.11 standard that allows a client to determine the idle or busy state of the medium based on energy levels of a frame or raw energy levels as specified in each PHY.
