      Fast Fourier Transform (FFT)

      A mathematical algorithm that takes in a waveform as represented in the time or space domain and shows it in the frequency domain.

      A mathematical algorithm that takes in a waveform as represented in the time or space domain and shows it in the frequency domain. Used in spectrum analyzers to show real‐time views in the frequency domain (Real‐time FFT).
